I’m the kind of person who wants to be part of things, but not to be the center of attention. I like supporting people who have a vision, but I’m not much of a visionary myself. I’m captured by design and music as ways to tell stories, and surface realities of creation. I’m a follower of Jesus who has changed my mind about many things, but not about him.

I’m learning to become a maker instead of a consumer, and so I’m putting my hands to woodworking, box making, drawing, and tending the plants and birds in our yard.

This Site

I’m not out to build an audience, but I am out to share parts of myself that I don’t usually have time to get into so you and I can talk about them later and learn from each other.

This site is also an intentional move toward smaller online connections over against social platforms and all the issues they create.
